Whatever the support issue, we are here to help with our 5 star customer support.  If your electric ride has a fault during or after any initial warranty period has expired, please contact us at support@electricrideshq.com. Depending on the support issue, you may also need to contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim with them directly or contact Xcover if you have attached product protection insurance to your order.

Please note the warranty period will vary from product to product. If you cannot find warranty information, please get in touch and we will point you in the right direction to help resolve this issue.

When contacting the manufacturer or insurance company, please have your serial number handy (usually found on the battery or battery case) or the product protection contract number handy as well the date of purchase listed on your order receipt.

Depending on the support advice you receive from the manufacturer or the insurance provider, you may need to return the electric ride via UPS ground, Fed Ex or other carrier. The manufacturer may send you a return address packing label and coordinate the product return to the warehouse or nearest service center.
